Security Guarantee

Our customers always have plenty of time to evaluate their purchases at LasotaEnergy.com. There is a 14 day return policy. However, the product must not have been put into use or the packaging broken. The customer pays the return postage, likewise the customer bears the responsibility for the item / product if it disappears or is damaged during the return journey to us. We therefore always recommend that our customers return goods / products with track & trace number with DHL, UPS or GLS.

Our customers should be aware that we do not receive returns shipped to the parcel shop.

Unused goods and goods in intact packaging are returned and the product’s price is refunded.


All prices incl. 20% VAT. Rates and handling fees are usually valid until the next calendar year of the following year. However, reservations are made for any price changes that are beyond our control (price increases, new price and tax laws, postage / transport increases, cost increases, etc.), and against printing errors.


In the event of a complaint, the buyer incurs the cost of the return shipment to Lasota Energy Ltd., sent to Lasota Energy Ltd., 22 Friars Street, Sudbury, Suffolk CO10 2AA, United Kingdom (It is not possible to make use of a parcel shop) Lasota Energy Ltd. will bear the cost of sending new products.

Delivery and costs

We cooperate with DHL, UPS and GLS and it will be those three providers that our customers can choose from. Every order above 120 USD, is free of shipping.

The current prices are stated in the payment process.


Shipping costs

The amount of the order is not deducted from the customer’s account until the item has been shipped from our warehouse. All bank details are encrypted by our payment service provider (STRIPE).


The receipt is the last step in the purchasing process, and we recommend that our customers print it immediately after the purchase. The customer will also receive an order receipt after ordering. Upon shipment, an invoice will be sent, which must be presented in case of any exchange, or complaint. The invoice is also the customer’s proof of the warranty right – if the accident should be out.
